We have completed our coast-to-coast trip visiting family and friends. We could talk about the weather — how we avoided snow, the heat wave in Texas, the long drive across the desert — but instead, it seems most appropriate to take a minute to say thanks to all our family and friends who are supporting this adventure into the Peace Corps. The support shown through helping with the move, helping with storing items and just the positive feedback on this decision is invaluable. As we traveled across the country enjoying the meals together, the offers of rooms to sleep in, and the downtime to relax, we came to see how fortunate we are to have you as family and friends.
